2. Makemation — 4.0/5
Hailed as Africa’s first AI-themed feature film, Makemation follows a young tech-savvy girl in rural Lagos using innovation to solve real-life challenges. Family-friendly, inspirational, and socially relevant — it premiered April 18 and made over ₦32.9 million in its debut weekend.
