Nigerian auto dealer Ikechukwu Ogbonna, popularly known as IVD, has expressed gratitude and relief as he reflects on his recent challenges and how he believes God vindicated him.
In a lengthy and emotional Instagram post, the father of four shared how he was targeted by false narratives, blogger smear campaigns, and personal betrayals—but ultimately emerged stronger.
“I saw 99, but God refused to let me see 100. All planned narrative, all planned kpaing of IVD, God has exposed all. The bloggers paid to tarnish me, all the payment receipts, chats, conversations have dropped. God said, ‘I will fight your battles.’ There is never a space or place for the wicked,” he wrote.
IVD revealed that the experience left him so broken that he vowed never to fall in love again or share his life with another woman. But according to him, his new partner changed everything.
“I promised myself never ever to fall in love again or even go that far to do life with another woman, after what I went through. But boo, you came into my life and made everything so easy,” he said.
He also hinted at dark plots and lies allegedly orchestrated to destroy his reputation. “I see the lies, all the arrangements for me to look bad, paid sponsors. My prayer is that Abuja woman no come out to confess wetin she do me and my children, God go show up.”
Addressing a specific incident, he recalled:
“Now my name is Ikechukwu Darry Ogbonna. I reside at Megamund Estate, Ikota, where there is no fence. All neighbours saw what happened when your sister committed suicide and wanted to take me along, and I still helped her, took her to different hospitals.”
He also accused certain individuals of spreading lies about him while being completely absent during critical moments:
“It’s online, people can Google and see me online like a mad man, and you came out to lie. You were never present at that point, not on ground or even to call to ask what transpired. You went to pay blogs to cry that I kpaied someone.”
Ending the post on a victorious note, IVD wrote:
“It will never be well with you for the pain you put me through and the properties you people moved. God go show himself. The time is now.
Guys, I am happy again. Boo boo, you do this one. God bless you. Where I keep you, I will never ever drop you.”
