Nigerian music sensation Ayra Starr has revealed that global pop icon Rihanna not only inspires her but also happens to be a fan of her music. In a recent chat with ETalk TV, the “Rush” crooner gushed about her admiration for the Barbadian billionaire and how surreal it felt to discover that she is her idol’s favourite artist.

“I know I chose a great role model, and being able to be around her… I usually don’t know what to do with myself. When I get nervous around her, I try to make unnecessary jokes.”
