Popular Yoruba comic actor, Wale Akorede, widely known as Okunnu, is filled with pride as he celebrates a significant milestone in his daughter's academic journey.
His daughter, Balikis Ayomide Akorede, has earned another degree—this time graduating with honours in Biomedical Science from Humber College, Canada. The proud father took to social media to share moments from the graduation ceremony, posting both photos and videos to mark the joyous occasion.
Expressing his admiration for her achievements, Okunnu wrote:
"Beaming with pride as I witness my daughter BALIKIS AYOMIDE AKOREDE @realjumkie graduate from Humber College with honours in Biomedical Science! Your hard work, determination, and love for learning inspire me everyday. The world is yours to explore! Congratulations, my brilliant star!"
The celebratory post attracted heartfelt messages from colleagues and fans alike. Several Nollywood stars took to the comment section to extend their congratulations.
