Nollywood star Iyabo Ojo has once again proven that she’s the kind of friend every woman needs. In a heartwarming video shared on her Instagram page, the actress kept a special promise she made to fellow actress Tonto Dikeh — a birthday cake to celebrate her 40th.
According to Iyabo, she had earlier told Tonto she would get her a belated birthday cake, but Tonto didn’t take the promise seriously. “I promised her a belated birthday cake, but she thought I was joking,” she revealed in the video.
True to her word, Iyabo surprised Tonto with a beautiful blue cake. The touching moment was captured as Tonto visited Iyabo, seemingly in a hotel room, and was clearly moved by the unexpected gesture.
In the comment section of the post, Tonto expressed her appreciation, writing, “Thank you so much, QM,” using the affectionate nickname "Queen Mother" for Iyabo.
