“I Took the Breakup Public to Be Free” — Ifeluv Rules Out Reunion With Oluwadolarz

Ifeoluwa Adegoke, popularly known as Ifeluv and mother to Oluwadolarz’s child, has made it clear she has no intention of rekindling her relationship with the popular skit maker.

The pair had been in a long-term relationship for seven years and got engaged in 2024. However, their engagement ended in March after Ifeluv went public with allegations that Oluwadolarz had been unfaithful and financially unreliable—claims he has since denied.

Speaking during an interview on Wazobia FM, which was posted on Instagram on Saturday, Ifeluv ruled out any possibility of getting back together with the comedian.

“They always say something like never say never, but this one, it is never,” she said. “We have been together for seven years and you not know the next thing. And me asking you where are we going is pressure to you. I think that kind of person probably needs therapy.”

She explained that she deliberately went public with their breakup to ensure there would be no going back.

“A lot of people were saying, ‘why did I bring the family issue to the public? Is it now settled?’ I do not want it to settle. I wanted to go. I wanted everything to be over and that was the only way,” she said.

According to Ifeluv, she had long considered leaving the relationship but felt trapped due to persistent emotional manipulation and pressure.

“I had wanted to go since, but there were manipulations, begging,” she added. “You heard Mummy Dolarz said she knelt down. She actually knelt down. What would you do to see your mother knee down for you like that? It is an abomination. I knew that was the only way to be free.

“I knew when I reveal everything to the public, he would not come back and say we should come back.”

Ifeluv’s revelations have reignited discussions on social media about boundaries, emotional pressure, and the courage it takes to walk away from unhealthy relationships.
