Nollywood actor Femi Adebayo expressed deep appreciation following the presence of notable dignitaries, including former Lagos State Governor Babatunde Raji Fashola and Kwara State Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, at the premiere of his father’s new movie.
The event, held at Imax Cinemas in Lekki, marked the premiere of Her Excellency, the first cinema movie by veteran actor Adebayo Salami, in celebration of his 60 years in the film industry.
Taking to Instagram, Femi shared highlights from the evening and conveyed how honoured he felt to welcome such distinguished guests.
“Super excited to receive the Honourable Governor of Kwara State – H.E. AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq and the Former Governor of Lagos State – H.E. Babatunde Raji Fashola SAN at the star-studded premiere of HER EXCELLENCY,” he wrote.
He described the occasion as “a true celebration of legacy, excellence, and unforgettable cinema,” while thanking everyone for their support and presence.
“Grateful for the honour, the support, and the presence of greatness,” he added.
