In a startling revelation, Nollywood actress Regina Daniels has spoken out about a troubling incident involving fellow actress Angela Okorie that nearly disrupted her marriage.
Daniels shared how she had graciously invited Okorie to her home for dinner, introducing her to her husband before stepping into the kitchen to finish preparing their meal. However, what happened in her brief absence left her shocked and unsettled.
“Angela Okorie, your visit to my matrimonial home almost broke my marriage,” Daniels stated. “I invited you over for dinner out of the goodness of my heart. I introduced you to my husband and went into the kitchen to bring out the food I had specially prepared for us.”
To her disbelief, Daniels later discovered that during that short time, a money transfer had occurred.
“Within that very short time, money had already changed hands — ₦500,000 was transferred from my husband to you — and I had no idea what led to that,” she revealed.
Sensing something was amiss, she confronted Okorie, who admitted to receiving the money. The situation left Daniels deeply unsettled.
“When I sensed something was off, you admitted my husband sent you money. After you left, I was confused and disturbed. I couldn’t wrap my head around it, so I told my husband to block your number,” she added.
The actress’s candid reflection has sparked discussions online about trust, boundaries, and respect in personal relationships.
