Renowned Nigerian actress and filmmaker Funke Akindele has taken to social media to share a powerful message of encouragement, urging people to speak up and prioritize their mental well-being.
In a heartfelt tweet, the award-winning actress advised the public not to be deterred by the fear of judgment. She emphasized that life always holds possibilities, and as long as one is alive, there is hope for a solution.
"Let them say you’re oversharing!! Let them think you talk too much!! But speak up!!! Because when you’re alive, there’s a solution. Silence can be deadly, but words can save," Akindele wrote.
