Nigerian skit maker and actress, Nons-Miraj, recently revealed the reason behind the noticeable shift in the type of content she now creates. Speaking during a chat with Egungun of Lagos, the comedienne got candid about the challenges she faced in her early content creation journey and how it prompted her to take a new direction that better aligns with her goals and audience appeal.
According to Nons-Miraj, her previous style of content wasn’t financially rewarding, which pushed her to reassess her strategy in the digital space. “The old content text no dey bring me money, that's why I stopped,” she admitted, noting that despite the effort she put into creating her earlier skits, the returns were not encouraging.
The entertainer went on to explain that her decision to shift focus was also influenced by the need to fully embrace and project her personal brand. “I gat to showcase my beauty and all my endowment,” she added, pointing out that highlighting her physical features and charm is now a central part of her content approach. This change, she implied, has opened up new opportunities and increased visibility, helping her stand out in a highly competitive entertainment industry.
