Sophia Momodu, fashion entrepreneur and mother to singer Davido’s first child, has fired back at a Snapchat user who criticized the length of her nails.
The user had messaged her, suggesting she tone down her nail length, claiming it made her appear “classless.” He added, “Try reducing the length. Long nails make you look classless, I read it in a book.”
Not one to stay silent, Sophia issued a sharp response. She dismissed the comment by pointing out that truly sophisticated men wouldn’t be on Snapchat critiquing a wealthy woman’s manicure.
“I’m going to be honest with you: Real classy men aren’t on Snapchat monitoring the length of a multimillionaire’s nails,” she replied. “And stop capping, niggas like you don’t read; you should, though.”
Her clapback has since stirred conversations online, with many applauding her confidence and wit.
