Popular actress, Toyin Abraham, has alerted fans to beware of a fake X (formerly Twitter) account pretending to be Priscilla Ojo.
The fake account recently stirred controversy after responding to a post where a user accused Priscilla’s husband, Juma Jux, of marrying her to gain popularity among Nigerians.
The impersonator posted a sarcastic message, claiming that Jux strategically married for fame and awards, while celebrating the supposed "achievement."
The post, filled with emojis and casual language, quickly gained attention and raised confusion among fans.
However, Toyin Abraham was quick to spot the deception and issued a warning on her official platform.
Sharing a screenshot of the fake post, Toyin wrote:
“THIS IS A FAKE ACCOUNT PLSsss. Priscilla is not on Twitter. 🙏🙏🙏”
Her swift action helped to clarify the situation, ensuring fans and followers were not misled by the impersonator.
She also reminded everyone to always verify the authenticity of social media accounts before engaging with posts, especially when it involves celebrities.
This is not the first time Toyin Abraham has spoken out against online impersonation. She has remained vocal about cyberbullying and misinformation on social media, often using her platform to protect those close to her.
