Portable Announces End Of Legal Troubles With Govt, Cleared To Perform Locally, Globally

Nigerian singer Portable has revealed that he has successfully resolved all his outstanding legal issues with the Nigerian government and law enforcement agencies.

The controversial artist shared the news via his Instagram on Tuesday, expressing appreciation to his fans and supporters for their continuous patience throughout the challenging period.

“To all my fans, supporters, show promoters, and the public, I am happy to announce that all legal matters with the Nigerian government and relevant authorities have been resolved. I am now completely cleared and free to travel and perform both locally and internationally,” Portable wrote.

The musician’s legal troubles stemmed from an altercation with Ogun State officials during an enforcement operation at his property, where he and his team were accused of assaulting officials on duty.

Following the incident, a police investigation was launched, and Portable was declared wanted for his role in the attack.

Reflecting on the tough journey, Portable thanked his supporters for their prayers and encouragement. “It hasn’t been easy, but your prayers and support kept me going,” he shared. “Now, I’m ready to get back to doing what I love — giving you top-notch entertainment, Zazuu style!”
