Comedian and activist Mr Macaroni has taken aim at supporters of the All Progressives Congress (APC), accusing them of consistently harassing him online for several years.
Posting on his official X handle on Monday, he expressed shock that some of the same individuals now portray themselves as victims, despite being the ones behind ongoing insults and threats aimed at him and his family.
“I love APC Trolls so much!!! Till today I never rest from them. They insult me, insult my family, series of curses and attacks for years now! But somehow they are the victims,” he wrote.
Mr Macaroni became known for his role in the 2020 #EndSARS protests and has remained outspoken on issues of injustice and poor leadership. His activism has made him a frequent target of political supporters, particularly those aligned with the ruling party.
Despite the repeated criticism and personal attacks, he has stood his ground, stressing that holding leaders accountable is a duty citizens must never abandon—no matter the pressure.
