The 17th edition of the Headies Awards took center stage on Sunday, April 27, 2025, at the Landmark Event Centre in Lagos, celebrating excellence and creativity in the music industry. The night saw major wins for standout artists like Zerry DL, Tems, Flavour, Rema, and Davido, who each took home top honors.


The glamorous night was a perfect blend of entertainment and politics, drawing high-profile guests, including Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu, who graced the event with his presence.


The red carpet dazzled with appearances from Tanzanian music star Juma Jux and his wife Priscilla, actress Nancy Isime, reality TV star Bamike Olawunmi-Adenibuyan (BamBam), renowned socialite Cubana Chief Priest, and Big Brother Naija 2021 winner White Money.


Among the other notable attendees were Collins Enebeli Ajereh, father of Mavin Records’ founder Don Jazzy, and Lagos State Commissioner for Information, Gbenga Omotoso.
