Nigerian singers Dammy Krane and Jaywon Juwonlo are currently feuding over Jaywon’s support for Davido.
The feud began after Jaywon highlighted a comment made by Davido during an international interview, where the singer warned black Americans against moving to Africa due to the struggling economy, which led to public backlash.
On Saturday, Jaywon took to X to ask where Davido’s critics were, emphasizing that the reality was clear and pointing out that Nigerians themselves are often the biggest issue.
He tweeted, “A few months ago, when Davido spoke about the country’s state in an interview, some people quickly came together to call him out as if he was lying. Abeg, where are those people today? The reality is clear: Nigerians are their own biggest problem.”
In a separate tweet, Jaywon criticized Wizkid’s FC, referring to them as “empty heads.”
He remarked that they often get involved in matters that don’t concern them. “Just because say you dey suffer no mean say everybody dey suffer!! 97% of FCs are nothing but empty heads. Cuz even things wey no concern dem Dem go put mouth!!”
Dammy Krane responded to Jaywon’s tweet attacking Wizkid’s fans, firing back and asserting that he “owns” Jaywon. “Jay-lost na you no wan comot FLOPIDO’s gbolahan form your mouth. I own you, Jay Jay.”
Jaywon retaliated, accusing Dammy Krane of cursing him as though he owed Dammy’s father money. “You Dey curse me like say I owe your papa money. Every little thing your career this, your career that, and your father had none.”
