“When Davido contacted me to feature on 'Kante,' I was so happy and we even had a party to celebrate it. But something happened that really sh0cked me. I was ready to record the verse for free, but he insisted that they must pay me any amount I wanted for me to be on the song. We dropped the song, and it was a hit. I thought the joy was over until I opened my phone one day, and Davido was telling me to join him on tour in the UK . Everything was paid for by him, and I was paid for my performances. Months later, after the show, he contacted me again, and we flew to different countries for the video shoot. All i can say is Davido is someone who understands the value of talent, and no matter how big he is, even if he features an upcoming artist, your life will change after that verse.” ~ Fave reveals.
