Paul Okoye, one-half of the defunct music duo P-Square, recently shared a cryptic message on social media following the arraignment of his brother, Jude Okoye, by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) for alleged fraud. Jude, who is the elder brother and former manager of Paul and Peter Okoye, was brought before the Federal High Court in Lagos alongside his company, Northside Music Ltd, on a seven-count charge. The arraignment, presided over by Justice Alexander Owoeye, has sparked significant attention, given the Okoye family’s prominence in the Nigerian entertainment industry.
In the wake of the legal proceedings, Paul took to his Instagram story to post a cryptic message, hinting that someone may have orchestrated his brother’s current predicament. Although he did not mention any names, his words suggested a belief that Jude’s situation was the result of external manipulation. Paul’s post also carried a message of encouragement, urging Jude to remain strong and assuring him that the challenges he faces are temporary and will eventually pass.
