Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) in court today, and has been very vocal in court, "accusing Justice Binta Nyako of bias. He claims that her son and husband are facing corruption charges and that she was told they would be let off if she convicts him".
This has led to a lot of tension and Kanu insisting that she recuse herself from his trial.
"To guarantee a fair trial, I must highlight that my detention in DSS custody needs to be addressed. I am open to house arrest in a government-owned facility, as I am confident of my innocence and eager to demonstrate it in court, ensuring transparency for the global community, Nnamdi Kanu states.
Do you think his request for house arrest will be granted?
Lets hear from you!!!
