Pastor David Ibiyeomie of Salvation Ministries has advised his congregation to refrain from accepting money from senior pastors, emphasizing that doing so can reduce their blessings and hinder financial prosperity. According to Ibiyeomie, this practice is not supported by scripture and can have negative consequences.

Instead, he encouraged his church members to focus on giving to senior pastors, saying this can attract divine blessings and open doors to greater prosperity. Ibiyeomie drew from his own life experience, sharing that he has never asked his spiritual mentor, Bishop David Oyedepo, for financial help, even in the face of challenges.

He emphasized that it's not scriptural to collect money from a senior man of God and encouraged his congregation to prioritize sowing into the lives of senior ministers. "Can I tell you one raw truth? It may be hard, but never collect money from a senior man of God. You are reducing your blessing," he said.

Ibiyeomie further explained that collecting money from a senior pastor can hinder one's prosperity. He advised his congregation to instead focus on sowing into the lives of senior ministers, which can help them draw virtue for the next level. "Sow into the senior man to draw virtue for the next level," he said.

Ibiyeomie's message emphasizes the importance of giving and sowing into the lives of others, rather than relying on handouts. By prioritizing generosity and humility, individuals can attract divine blessings and experience greater prosperity in their lives.
