Nollywood actress and former beauty queen Princess Chineke has traded the glitz and glamour of the entertainment world for the disciplined life of a soldier, enlisting in the U.S. Army. The surprising move has left fans and industry colleagues stunned, making her the first Nollywood star to join the American military.

Princess, who once graced runways, billboards, and TV commercials, has now donned the uniform of the U.S. military. Known for her captivating performances in films and TV series such as Battleground, Forever in Me, Last Flight to Abuja, Papa Ajasco, and Super Story, she has earned admiration both as an actress and a former Miss UNIBEN.

Speaking about her decision, she said:

“I love the prestige that comes with the American military. As a citizen of this great country that has done so much for me, I feel it’s my turn to give back. God bless America.”
