Embattled Nigerian crossdresser and social media personality Bobrisky has successfully left Nigeria, announcing his departure with a flourish on Instagram just hours after his release from Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) custody.
In a now-trending video, Bobrisky shared footage from his flight, stating, "See u soon Nigeria. Dis girl bought a first-class ticket 3 times that is over 30 million. Raise bar for dis girl."
His exit follows two failed attempts to leave the country after he was detained at the Murtala Mohammed International Airport in Lagos last week by EFCC agents while attempting to board a flight to London. Days earlier, he was intercepted by the Nigeria Immigration Service at the Seme border in a separate attempt to exit Nigeria.
