Human rights lawyer Femi Falana (SAN) and his son, rapper Falz, have issued a 12-hour ultimatum to controversial crossdresser Bobrisky, demanding a public apology and retraction of allegedly defamatory statements linking the Falanas to a bribery scandal.

The legal notice, sent on October 14, 2024, threatens legal action if Bobrisky fails to comply within the stipulated time frame.

The Falanas accuse Bobrisky of making false claims in a video, alleging that Falz was approached in May 2024 to facilitate a N3 million bribe for a special cell arrangement at the Kirikiri Correctional Centre.

According to the crossdresser, Falz allegedly rejected the request, but Bobrisky went on to claim that Femi Falana had agreed to help secure a presidential pardon for a N10 million bribe, of which N5 million had already been paid.

The letter from Falana and Falana’s Chambers categorically refutes these allegations, stating that they have caused significant damage to the reputations of both Femi Falana and his son, Falz. The Falanas are demanding that Bobrisky publicly retract his statements and issue an apology within 12 hours, warning of severe legal repercussions if he fails to meet the deadline.

With the clock ticking, fans and critics are keenly watching to see if Bobrisky will comply or risk facing a lawsuit. Known for his unapologetic personality, it remains to be seen whether Bobrisky will retract his statements or stand his ground, intensifying the already heated controversy.
