Nigerian singer Tems has finally addressed the rumors suggesting she was pregnant for American rapper, Future. The rumors started after Tems appeared at Burberry's Spring/Summer 2024 London Fashion Week show, where her outfit led to speculation about a possible pregnancy.
In a recent interview on The Breakfast Club, Tems expressed her confusion over why Future was chosen as the alleged father, questioning why Wizkid or Drake, both of whom she's collaborated with, weren’t mentioned instead.
“Why Future? Because that’s the craziest,” Tems said, hinting that Future’s reputation for fathering multiple children might have fueled the speculation.

Tems humorously added, “If it was Drake, it would be the same thing, but people go for the most controversial.”
In the same interview, Tems also shared the rap artists who have inspired her, listing icons like Lil Wayne, Kendrick Lamar, Drake, Ab-Soul, Andre 3000, and J. Cole—who was one of the few features on her debut album Born In The Wild.
Tems continues to solidify her position as a force in the music industry with both her music and candid interviews.
