Iconic rapper and media mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs, 54, has been indicted on serious charges of sex trafficking and racketeering after his arrest at the Park Hyatt New York hotel.

The unsealed federal indictment comes after months of mounting legal troubles and multiple allegations from women, including his former girlfriend Cassie Ventura.

The charges center around claims made by several women, with Cassie’s November 2023 lawsuit alleging that Diddy engaged in rape, abuse, and human trafficking during their decade-long relationship.

The lawsuit portrayed Combs as a “serial domestic abuser,” describing numerous instances of physical and emotional abuse. The case was settled just a day after it was filed, though Diddy denied all allegations, calling them "offensive and outrageous" and accusing Cassie of extortion.

The indictment also includes claims from former producer Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones, who accused Diddy of drugging, sexual harassment, and threats. Additionally, a default judgment from Michigan in 2024 awarded $100 million to an inmate who filed a sexual assault lawsuit against Combs.

Diddy's legal battles intensified after a 2016 video resurfaced earlier this year, showing him physically assaulting Cassie. Despite his public apology, his troubles deepened with Homeland Security’s raid of two properties in March 2024 as part of the ongoing investigation.

As the case continues to unfold, Diddy has not yet made any public statements regarding his recent arrest on these charges.
