Vera Liddell, US school employee, bags 9-year prison sentence for stealing $1.5m worth of chicken wings

Vera Liddell, a school worker in the US, has been sentenced to 9 years in prison for stealing $1.5 million worth of chicken wings. 

According to a report on Sky News,  the  stolen poultry, which included 11,000 cases intended for students during the COVID-19 pandemic, has not been accounted for by the prosecutor's office.
