The first half concluded without any goals, but La Roja managed to break the deadlock early in the second half. Nico Williams sealed the win with a goal, capitalizing on a well-executed team play to beat Jordan Pickford.
England equalized in the 73rd minute thanks to a goal from substitute Cole Palmer.
Shortly after, Mikel Oyarzabal scored by sliding in to finish off Marc Cucurella's low cross.
This result marks England's second consecutive loss in European Championship finals.
