Controversial influencer Daniel Regha has called out Grammy-winning Nigerian singer Burna Boy over his recent comments about not using songwriters. This follows Burna Boy's denial in response to claims made by Davido's signee, Logos Olori, who suggested that top artists, including Burna Boy, use songwriters.
In a direct comment on Burna Boy's X post, Daniel Regha shared a screenshot of Burna Boy's 2020 admission that he had used Peruzzi as a songwriter. Regha wrote: "Burna this was u in 2020 giving credit to Peruzzi as a songwriter, but all of a sudden nobody writes for u? For the record, no-one gets songwriting credit unless they co-wrote or contributed to writing the song, so ur statement isn't valid...👇"

Regha's rebuttal has sparked widespread discussion, with some users supporting him for highlighting the inconsistency, while others have criticized Burna Boy for not being straightforward. This revelation has put Burna Boy's recent claims in a questionable light.
As of press time, Burna Boy has yet to respond to Daniel Regha's post. The situation continues to develop, with fans and industry observers keenly watching for Burna Boy's next move.
