The Pistis Foundation, in partnership with The Asumah Brothers, recently unveiled an innovative program designed to uplift and empower 54 street children in Lagos.
This transformative initiative, launched on Friday, aims to provide these vulnerable children with opportunities for growth and development through a unique blend of sports and technology.
Teaming up with Kids Off The Streets, the project is set to have a profound and lasting impact on the lives of these young individuals who have been left to fend for themselves on the streets of Lagos.
With the number of street children on the rise, this initiative comes at a crucial time to offer them a chance at a better future.
The program will offer a comprehensive training curriculum that includes football training, basic computing skills, digital literacy, and technology education.
Over the course of five weeks, children between the ages of 8 and 16 will have the opportunity to not only engage in physical activity but also develop valuable skills that can help them succeed in the digital age.
By combining sports and technology, the initiative aims to provide a holistic approach to empowerment and education for these children.
