The social media storm ignited by Wizkid's recent shade towards Davido and Don Jazzy has escalated with Nigerian social media critic, Marins Vincent Otse, also known as VeryDarkMan, entering the fray.

VeryDarkMan took to Instagram to express his disapproval of Wizkid's actions, particularly his disrespect towards Don Jazzy.

In a video posted on his Instagram channel, VeryDarkMan criticized Wizkid for his behavior, labeling it as disrespectful. He went on to praise Don Jazzy, likening him to the Jay-Z of Nigerian music.

According to VeryDarkMan, no matter how big Wizkid, Davido, or Burna Boy become, they can never reach Don Jazzy's level. He highlighted Don Jazzy's role in the Nigerian music industry, citing his introduction of great talents like Tiwa Savage, Arya Starr, Wande Coal, and D'banj.

VeryDarkMan also credited Don Jazzy with pioneering international collaborations in the Nigerian music scene, recalling his bringing Snoop Dogg to Nigeria.

VeryDarkMan criticized what he perceived as Don Jazzy's recent efforts to promote a wide range of talents, from skit makers to musicians, suggesting that these actions might dilute Don Jazzy's legendary status. He emphasized his support for Don Jazzy, vowing not to allow anyone to diminish his legacy.

VeryDarkMan's comments stirred up a storm among Wizkid's fans, who responded aggressively with insults and threats. They vowed to have VeryDarkMan's Instagram account taken down within 24 hours.

Undeterred, VeryDarkMan addressed the situation in another Instagram video, acknowledging the threats from Wizkid's fans. He challenged them to follow through on their threats, stating that if his account remained active after 24 hours, it would prove their lack of influence over him. He asserted that he cannot be canceled as he is not paid to express his opinions online.

Continuing his critique, VeryDarkMan described Wizkid as rude and lacking in manners. He criticized Wizkid's fans for shielding him from accountability for his actions.
