Controversial broadcaster Ifedayo Olarinde, popularly known as Daddy Freeze, is trending on social media again, but this time for the wrong reasons.

A recent issue has emerged involving individuals who were allegedly duped online by some Nigerians in the UK promising to help them secure visas to the UK.

The women affected reportedly reached out to Daddy Freeze for assistance, who allegedly requested a fee of N150k from them. However, he reportedly asked for more money before discussing the issue on his show.

Subsequently, the women sought help from another individual known as the VeryDarkMan, who then called out Daddy Freeze on their behalf.

Out of anger, Nigerians began calling out Daddy Freeze for his perceived failure to assist the women. In response, Daddy Freeze went live and issued a threat, boasting that he has the power to influence UK authorities at the snap of his finger.

He said, “I will contact The UK authorities to stop COS for Nigerians if you all keep blaming me. I will make sure they bring Nigerians back home en masse. The airport and seaport will be full”

During his live show, Daddy Freeze vented his anger while responding to those who criticized him online.
