BBNaija Doyin Slams Wizkid, Asked Him To Drop Song And Stop Chasing Clout

Big Brother Naija alum, Doyinsola Anuoluwapo David, better known as Doyin, has criticized singer Wizkid for what she perceives as attention-seeking behavior on social media.

Wizkid sparked controversy on Monday with apparent jabs at Davido and Don Jazzy.

In response, Doyin accused the Starboy of seeking attention and advised him to focus on releasing music instead.

She specifically condemned Wizkid for what she viewed as disrespect towards Don Jazzy.

Taking to Instagram, she asserted, “Don Jazzy remains the JayZ of the Nigerian music industry. Disrespecting him only reflects poorly on you. Instead of chasing clout, focus on creating hits!”

Similarly, reality TV star and media personality Tacha issued a stern warning to Wizkid, stating that any slander or disrespect towards Don Jazzy would not be tolerated.

In a video message shared on social media, Tacha emphasized Don Jazzy's significant contributions to the Nigerian music scene, suggesting that without him, half of the Afrobeats industry would not exist.

Tacha said, “No Don Jazzy slander will be tolerated. Don Jazzy’s impacts on the entertainment industry can never be overemphasized.

“If you have to take off Don Jazzy’s inputs on the industry, that would be you taking half of Afrobeats away. Because who would you be listening to? Don Jazzy has grown a lot of global superstars.

“This is somebody that doesn’t restrict himself to the music industry alone. Don Jazzy is there for everybody regardless of their status.”
