Children of Herbert Wigwe Display Resilience at Funeral for Their Parents

On March 9, 2024, the children of Herbert Wigwe and Chizoba Wigwe said their final goodbyes to their parents. 

Despite the heavy burden of their grief, the Wigwe siblings stood united in strength as they laid their parents to rest in Rivers State, Nigeria. 

The funeral was attended by family, friends, and influential figures from the business and political communities.

Herbert Wigwe, the Group Managing Director and CEO of Access Bank, his wife, Chizoba,  and Chizee his son tragically perished in a plane crash in the United States of America. 

 

The heartbreaking news shook the nation, as many mourned the loss of the esteemed couple known for their generosity and business expertise.
