Banky W plans to celebrate his birthday taking care of 1,000 people [Video]

Olubankole Wellington, popularly known as Banky W, is gearing up for a special birthday celebration this Easter. The multi-talented Nigerian artist, actor, entrepreneur, and politician, born in the United States on March 27, 1981, will be turning 43 on Wednesday, March 27, 2024.

Banky W took to his official handle to announce his plans to reward 1,000 people on his birthday. He intends to mark the occasion by organizing a food bank, clothing drive, and medical outreach for those in need.

In his announcement, Banky W appealed for support, requesting clothes in good condition, financial contributions for food purchases, and donations of staff and medical supplies. He also called for volunteers, a venue, and additional financial support to make the event a success.

Banky shared his video on his X handle and wrote:

"So my birthday is coming up soon, and Easter is too.  I'd like to celebrate by organizing another food bank, clothing drive, and medical outreach for a minimum of 1,000 people. Will you team up with me, please? We need clothes in good condition and financial contributions for the bulk food box purchases (each box costs N6,515 and feeds a family of 4 for a month). We need medical supply companies and pharmacies to donate staff, test kits, and basic medicines. We need doctors and nurses. We also need a venue, security and volunteers. And we also need you to help us defeat the algorithm by sharing this video 😩🙏🏽🙌🏽
