Emilokan is currently trending on microblogging app X (formerly Twitter) and you might wish to know why. Well, it's not election season yet but the real reason why Emilokan is trending is due to the hardship the country is facing.
He used the statement to express that while he had given other rulers several chances, it was then his turn to rule as President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The statement was made in Ogun State to APC elites.
However, the statement became viral and campaign motto for the then APC presidential candidate who won the elections.
Nigeria is currently going through a lot at the moment with the soaring prices of commodities which was fueled by the petroleum subsidy removal on the swearing-in of Bola Tinubu. Different people are complaining online, calling for the head of the president.
Some people from the Yoruba extraction of the country have been complaining bitterly, market women, workmen, clerics, etc.
