Nigerian actor, content creator, and citizen activist, Adebowale Adedayo, popularly known as Mr Macaroni, has voiced his disapproval of Lati DMW's actions in a recent viral video. The video captured Lati DMW, a member of Davido's team, using excessive force against enthusiastic fans, which sparked outrage on social media.
Mr Macaroni expressed disappointment over the behavior, stating that there was no justification for the assault on the fans. He described the act as dehumanizing and emphasized the need for individuals to take responsibility for the change they seek in the country.
He shared the video on his official X handle with the caption:
"This is sad and highly condemnable!!! There is absolutely no need for this assault. This is dehumanizing and I speak against it because I know exactly how this feels.
"The change that we all seek must begin with us!!!"
Mr Macaroni rose to fame with his comedic sketches on social media, embodying characters like "Daddy Wa" and "Professor Hard Life," and introducing catchphrases like "Ooin," "Freaky freaky," and "You are doing well."
Beyond his entertainment persona, Mr Macaroni is recognized for his activism, notably during the #EndSARS movement, where he used his platform to raise awareness about issues like police brutality in Nigeria.
