Singer Libianca Fonji recently shared insights into her decision to be coached by Blake Shelton on The Voice.
Despite having notable options in Ariana Grande, John Legend, and Kelly Clarkson, Fonji opted for Shelton's guidance.
“I chose Blake because, one, it was a prayer; you know, I had to talk to God… I can’t make any decisions on my own.
“He [Blake] led me through strategy.
“Ariana’s team is full of, like, high belters, and they’re really high in the range, and people love that.”
The decision reflects a thoughtful choice, and Fonji's rationale behind selecting Shelton over other accomplished coaches adds an intriguing layer to her journey on the show.
