Nigerian music sensation, Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable, made a remarkable appearance on the runway at the 2023 British Fashion Awards held at the Royal Albert Hall in London on Monday.
The 'Zazu' crooner attended the prestigious event as a guest accompanying British-Nigerian Grime rapper Skepta.
Portable confidently walked the runway behind Skepta and other members of his BBK crew, adding an unexpected but notable presence to the fashion showcase.
Notable Hollywood figures, including Anne Hathaway and Gwyneth Paltrow, graced the event with their presence.
The awards ceremony celebrated outstanding achievements in the fashion industry, with notable winners such as Jonathan Anderson, who clinched the Designer of the Year award, Sarah Burton, honored with the Special Recognition Award, and Martine Rose, recognized as the British Menswear Designer of the Year.
Singer Sam Smith received the Cultural Innovator Award, and British-Ghanaian actress and writer Michaela Coel earned the Pandora Leader of Change accolade.
