Nigerian disc jockey Florence Otedola, popularly known as DJ Cuppy, has candidly shared that her heart was "the most played" this year.
The revelation comes in the wake of her experience with heartbreak in July when her engagement to British boxer Ryan Taylor ended abruptly, merely seven months after their surprising engagement in November 2022.

DJ Cuppy humorously remarked that fans don't need to check Spotify to determine what was played the most this year, as it was undoubtedly her heart.
On her X (formerly Twitter) handle on Thursday, Cuppy, who seems to still be brooding over her failed engagement, wrote: “Meanwhile, you don’t have to check Spotify; my heart was the most played this year.”See:

Indeed, DJ Cuppy candidly shared her experience with heartbreak and her failed engagement during a Women in Management, Business, and Public Service (WIMBIZ) conference in London. She identified this event as one of the major setbacks in her life, saying: “Last year I got engaged and I am no longer engaged but such is life and I know my story is still happening and there is more to come and I am okay with the uncertainties.”
