Popular singer Lil Frosh has responded to the N200 million defamatory suit filed against him by actor Yhemolee. In a letter from Lil Frosh's lawyers, they challenged Yhemolee's claims, stating that their client's assertions are factual, truthful, and can be substantiated by witnesses and videos.
The response from Lil Frosh's legal team deemed Yhemolee's claims as baseless, unfounded, and laughable. In turn, Lil Frosh is demanding a public apology, a written undertaking from Yhemolee not to threaten, assault, bully, or subject him to further public embarrassment, and the payment of N500,000,000 (Five Hundred Million Naira) as damages.
The letter further stated that if Yhemolee fails to meet these demands within 14 days, Lil Frosh will initiate a stringent civil suit against him and submit a petition to the Nigeria Police Force for a thorough investigation.
