Expressing her displeasure with the relentless bullying, Bella emphasized that she is Nigerian, and her accent is reflective of her Nigerian identity. She urged fans to respect her individuality and let her be.

On her X (formerly Twitter) handle on Wednesday, Bella wrote: “I’m constantly body shamed, voice shamed, accent shamed, and shamed for everything I do. Enough is enough. I’m Nigerian and I sound Nigerian!!! Let me be!”

The reality star's statement highlights the emotional toll that online bullying can take on individuals, even those in the public eye, and calls for greater empathy and understanding in online interactions.
