The ex-Nollywood actor turned newly appointed senior pastor, Jimmy Odukoya, has sparked conversations by successfully raising millions of naira for congregants during a church service. Jimmy assumed leadership from his late father, Taiwo Odukoya, the founder of the Fountain of Life Church, approximately two months ago amid significant controversy.
In a video circulating on social media, Pastor Jimmy was observed raising funds for a student facing a tuition challenge of N140,000. Surprisingly, the collected amount exceeded expectations, reaching N640,000. Another woman came forward with a need for 7,500 Canadian dollars (approximately N6.3 million), and astonishingly, she raised a total of N9.6 million for the fellow church member.
