Netizens have unearthed videos shedding light on why Sheila, the ex-wife of Israel DMW, refers to him as a subordinate to Davido.
Israel DMW, the logistics manager for a popular Nigerian singer, has become a focal point of online discussions as he announces the end of his one-year marriage to Sheila.
In a social media post, Israel DMW presented evidence, revealing that his efforts in the marriage were never appreciated by Sheila since their union in October 2022. He claims that she only married him for his association with the famous singer, Davido.
Israel DMW disclosed that Sheila left their home in August 2023 and accused his ex-wife and her mother of extortion. He shared that after their marriage, Sheila began to criticize him, alleging that he constantly begged Davido for money and referred to him as Davido's slave.
According to Israel DMW, Sheila would wake up and berate him, claiming that he found dignity in begging his boss and labeled him a slave, causing embarrassment on social media. An excerpt from Israel DMW's statement reads, "She now wakes up to tell me that I derive dignity in begging my oga, and that I am fully a slave and that I am disgracing her on social media."
In response to these revelations, netizens supported Sheila's claims by unearthing videos showcasing Israel DMW's subservient behavior, such as repeatedly prostrating to Davido, cheering for him, and playing a bell at the singer's London O2 arena show.
