Davido reacts to Isreal DMW’s marital crisis

In response to the ongoing marital crisis between his logistics manager, Israel DMW, and his estranged wife Sheila, afrobeat musician Davido has expressed his reaction.

Sheila had earlier taken to Instagram, urging the public to hold Israel DMW responsible for any harm that may befall her or her family.

In counteraccusations, Israel DMW responded by accusing Sheila and her family of deceiving him into the marriage. The public nature of their dispute and the involvement of individuals connected to a prominent figure like Davido add another layer of attention to the complexities within celebrity relationships.

While explaining the cause of their crisis, Israel claimed that she told him that “I derive dignity in begging my oga [Davido], and that I am fully a slave and that am disgracing her on social media.”

However, reacting to the ongoing saga on his official X on Saturday, Davido stated that one needs to speak when necessary because words carry value.

“Speak when necessary. The words carry more value then.”

The couple got married on October 20, 2022 but divorced less than a year after their grand wedding over alleged infidelity and domestic violence.

As the situation unfolds, it remains a subject of interest and scrutiny within the public sphere, reflecting the challenges and intricacies that can arise in personal relationships, particularly those involving individuals in the public eye.
