Die-hard fans of the renowned Nigerian artist, Wizkid, have gathered in his hometown of Lagos to express their unwavering support as they prepare for his mother's funeral.
The burial of Wizkid's mother is scheduled for Thursday, October 12, with the funeral service to follow on the subsequent day at the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), City of David, located in Victoria Island, Lagos.
A video currently circulating on the internet captures the ardent fans taking to the streets of Lagos, carrying a portrait of the singer's late mother, Jane Dolapo. Dressed in somber black attire, they harmoniously sang and gently danced while walking along the road.
