Renowned Nigerian Set Designer and Art Director, Pat Nebo, Passes on to glory

The celebrated Nigerian set designer and art director, Pat Nebo, has sadly departed. He succumbed to a prolonged illness that had confined him to his bed.

The news of Pat Nebo's passing was officially announced by Shaibu Husseini, a respected movie journalist and a member of the African Movie Academy Awards jury. 

He shared the news on his official platform, accompanying the announcement with a picture of the departed artist, writing, "I have been reliably informed that the eminent Nigerian Production Designer Pat Nebo has passed away."

“He has been bedridden for a while now. Journey well master of the craft of film production design.”

Nebo began his career with his role as a production designer in ‘Ti Oluwa Nile’ in 1993.
