Prophet Jeremiah Fufeyin, the founder and head prophet of Christ Mercyland Deliverance Ministry (CMDM) in Warri, Delta State, has generously offered a N10 million scholarship to Liam Aloba, the five-month-old son of the late Nigerian musician, Promise Oladimeji Aloba, also known as Mohbad.
The news of the N10 million donation to Mohbad's family made waves on social media when a delegation, seemingly from Fufeyin, visited the Lagos residence of the late artist.
Mohbad's passing has stirred controversy for weeks, given the circumstances surrounding it. Nonetheless, social media platforms erupted with admiration and applause for the respected spiritual leader. Numerous prominent figures and internet users expressed their gratitude for his compassionate gesture.
