Nigerian music sensation, Davido, known as David Adeleke in the professional world, recently took to social media to respond to a heartwarming gesture from a viral skitmaker and her single mother. This gesture involved a generous gift of N2 million.
The viral skitmaker, Okoli Classic, gained internet fame when Davido, during a conversation with blogger Tunde Ednut, expressed his admiration for her comedic skits. Subsequently, he requested her bank details and promptly transferred N2 million to her.
In an emotional turn of events, Okoli Classic decided to share the news of this generous gift with her mother. In a newly released video, the mother expressed her heartfelt gratitude to Davido for his kind gesture. She shared her story as a single mother living in a modest room with her six children and fervently prayed for Davido's well-being.
In addition to her gratitude towards Davido, Okoli Classic also expressed her appreciation for Tunde Ednut, whose platform allowed Davido to discover her. She vowed to utilize the gifted funds wisely, with plans to build houses in the coming 2-3 years.
