Adekunle Almoruf Kosoko, the popular Nigerian singer recognized as Adekunle Gold, has shared his strong motivation to work tirelessly, driven by his desire to ensure that his daughter, Adejare, doesn't experience the same life challenges he faced while growing up.

Fondly referred to as "AG Baby," Adekunle Gold expressed his commitment to releasing multiple singles and projects to secure the financial means necessary to provide for his child's education and other essential needs. He opened up about this aspiration during a recent conversation with renowned YouTuber Tayo Aina, emphasizing that his family holds a central place in his life.

Adekunle Gold said, “Being a father is a huge responsibility that I love by the way. Knowing that I have a huge responsibility to raise a queen. You know, my family is my center. Anywhere they are is my happy place.

“That is one of the reasons I’m hustling hard. Because this girl, the life that I lived growing up, she can’t do the same. That’s why I’m dropping school fees’ music for you people.”

Adekunle Gold highlighted the convenience of being married to a fellow artist, stating that it has simplified his life as he doesn't need to provide extensive explanations about his hectic schedule.

It's worth noting that Adekunle Gold and singer Simi tied the knot in January 2019 after a five-year relationship. The couple joyfully welcomed their daughter, Adejare, affectionately known as Dej, in May 2020.
