An online video has recently emerged featuring the prominent Nigerian singer Oluwatobiloba Daniel Anidugbe, popularly known as Kizz Daniel, acknowledging Wizkid as his mentor.

In the viral interview clip, Kizz Daniel, renowned for his hit track "Buga," extends a heartfelt shoutout to Wizkid, recognizing him as an exceptional artist whom he holds in high esteem.

This video release comes on the heels of accusations leveled against Kizz Daniel for supposedly exhibiting excessive pride and disrespect towards Wizkid, following an encounter backstage in December 2022.

Kizz Daniel takes the opportunity to further express his profound admiration for Wizkid, underscoring that he looks up to not only Wizkid but also other esteemed artists like Innocent Idibia (2Baba) and several other top performers.

He said; “Big shout out to Wizkid,Wizkid is an amazing act, you know Wizkid jumps on the cover of the song, he was like amazing, I was like, wow, Wizkid, he is like a mentor. I look up to Wizkid (2x), I look up to 2face, I look up to a whole lot of artiste in the industry.”
